On the Manner of Submitting a Consumer Complaint
Pursuant to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette Nos. 41/14, 110/15),
we inform consumers that any dissatisfaction regarding a purchased product may be submitted as a
written complaint at our business premises, in which case you will immediately receive written confirmation of receipt of your complaint.
A complaint may also be submitted by mail or by electronic mail (email).
